Responsibilities

  • To assist Sales Manager in managing Outlet’s activities, operation and manpower.
  • To assist Sales Manager in monitoring outlet’s financial target in terms of the monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit.
  • To be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly progress report, accuracy of the figure and to ensure all report being submitted before the deadline.
  • To be responsible and control the retail payment transaction, Petty Cash Reimbursement, Material Requisition Form (MRF), incentive payout, Payment Voucher (PV) and staff claims.
  • To ensure all administrative documents is according to ISO documentation requirement.
  • Responsible to update staff attendance, medical leave and equip staff with the latest information from Perodua HQ as and when required.
