Job summary

Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and office maintenance.

Develop, implement, and monitor administration policies to ensure compliance with local and HQ requirements.

Serve as the primary liaison with building management for all facility-related matters.

Ensure expatriate accommodations comply with company policies and Malaysian regulations.

Oversee fixed asset management, including acquisitions, quarterly verifications, and disposals.

Coordinate with the company secretary to ensure the timely submission of statutory filings and corporate documents.

Administer and manage office insurance.

Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for ease of access and security.

Support in organising staff welfare activities and non-monetary benefits.

Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support.

Execute any additional assignments or projects as delegated by the Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Possesses strong supervisory skills to effectively lead Junior Executives - Administration.

Experience in liaising with the company secretary will be an added advantage.

Willing to travel within the Company's business locations.
