Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various employee services and company events
- Oversee employee compensation & benefit-related administration, including uniforms, ID tags, lockers, and mobile claim records
- Manage outsourced service providers (housekeeping, landscaping, water coolers) to ensure quality service
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Lead festive decorations and CSR activities such as outreach programs and employee welfare initiatives
- Support company events such as Annual Dinners, Family Day, and Long Service Awards
- Act as a focal point for the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC)
- Manage office seating arrangements and ensure availability of office equipment
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office stationery orders and monitor usage
- Prepare and manage the annual administration budget
- Ensure workplace cleanliness (5S standards) and coordinate maintenance with Facilities & Maintenance (F&M) Department
- Coordinate general waste and rubbish collection
- Process and maintain leave applications in the HRIS & ESS systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Focal for the municipal council’s renewal licenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Possess at least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
