A prominent Malaysian organization is seeking an Executive for Admin and Employee Engagement. This role requires planning engagement activities, providing administrative support, and monitoring engagement metrics. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has at least 2 years of experience, and is skilled in communication and branding. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. This position offers an opportunity to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners, team-building events, and employee wellness programs.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement initiatives through feedback collection, participation metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
Support the onboarding experience by developing and executing engagement plans that create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for new employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across employee touchpoints.
Monitor engagement metrics and propose strategies for increasing brand visibility and audience interaction.
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Head of Human Resources.
Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing documents, coordinating logistics, and managing departmental correspondence.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist in preparing and consolidating reports, presentation decks, and HR-related documentation.
Monitor and manage the HR department’s budget, track expenses, and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, claims, and reimbursements.
Raise purchase orders (POs), track invoices, and liaise with Finance and Procurement to ensure smooth processing of vendor-related transactions.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
Handle sensitive HR information and communication with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools to create compelling employer branding materials is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and administrative functions.
Passionate about employer brand building, with the ability to develop innovative metrics to measure the success of employer branding efforts, especially on social media platforms.
Agile and resourceful, able to bring fresh perspectives in attracting valuable talent through employer branding strategies.
Well-versed in the latest industry trends, updates, and best practices, with the capability to propose impactful talent engagement activities.
Proven track record of executing successful employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels and collaborate cross-functionally.
Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills.
