Job description

To handle and coordinate Administrative, Human Resources & Accounts duties;

To ensure proper filing/update of documentation for all related admin, HR & account records and bookkeeping;

To handle all related tasks under Account Receivable/Account Payable;

To chase payments from clients and report collections monthly;

To make reimbursement/payment of various administrative expenses including rental, water & electric bills, internet, staff claims, phone bills, etc.;

To manage payroll and related tasks, including preparing, checking, and updating staff salaries, travel claims, attendance records, or other tasks assigned by superiors or management. Specific instructions will be provided periodically by your immediate superior or the Directors;

To liaise and follow up with relevant external parties such as bankers, company secretaries, auditors, tax agents, government officers, and other related parties as required by management. Specific instructions will be provided periodically by your immediate superior or the Directors;

To participate in and perform tasks related to the company’s annual audit with the appointed auditor, ensuring all tasks are completed within the specified timeframe;

To coordinate between departments/divisions in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational matters;

To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by management and superiors from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accountancy;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience;
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Malay;
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
  • Possess a driving license and own transport;
  • A self-starter, team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up effectively;
  • Willing to work in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan;
  • Able to start immediately is an advantage.
