Job Responsibilities :-

  1. Handle day-to-day cash flow planning and accounting works.
  2. Manage payments to overseas suppliers and FOREX hedging.
  3. Prepare monthly full set reports such as P&L, BS, and notes.
  4. Handle Corporate Taxation and Year-End Audit processes.
  5. Manage Credit Control, including receipts, payables, and other related tasks.
  6. Prepare yearly budget.
  7. Review stock/inventory reports.
  8. Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
  9. Prepare reports and complete assignments as requested.
  10. Assist and/or handle the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
  11. Process payroll and ensure compliance with government statutory deadlines.
  12. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.


Job Requirements :-

  • Candidate must possess a partial ACCA qualification, Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
  • Good knowledge of computerized Autocount.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
