Job description

Hasil Integra Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company specializing in defence, security, and engineering solutions. Founded in 2020, the company supports Malaysia’s military, police forces, and uniformed bodies with high-quality strategic equipment. Hasil Integra also provides facilities management, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering services, as well as general trading and procurement for government and private sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive, Account and Finance at Hasil Integra Sdn Bhd located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This position is responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Accounts Payable Management

Process invoices, verify supporting documents, and manage payments to vendors.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor bank balances, and handle petty cash management.

Accounts Receivable Management

Generate invoices for clients, follow up on payments, and manage accounts receivable aging reports.

Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring incoming and outgoing payments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.

Maintain proper documentation for audit trails and statutory reporting.

Month-End & Year-End Closing Activities

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements.

Support the preparation of balance sheet schedules and other accounting reports.

Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.

Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to help management make informed decisions.

sConduct basic financial data analysis to identify trends and variances.

Audit & Compliance

Assist in external audit preparation and provide supporting documents

Ensure compliance with tax (GST/SST) and statutory requirements

Internal Controls & Process Improvements

Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Assist in maintaining financial policies and procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

Liaise with internal departments to resolve accounting and financial issues.

Support ad-hoc projects, reports, and other administrative duties as required by the finance team.
