Job description

Job Scope:

  1. Coordinate tool benchmarking based on categories such as voltages (3.6V/12V/18V), duty/heavy duty, etc.
  2. Arrange procurement activities including tool purchase, RFQ, PR, and PO.
  3. Coordinate tool performance testing: torque, speed, work rate, and application testing.
  4. Organize durability and endurance validation, including endurance and practical tests.
  5. Tabulate tool component breakdowns with properties of basic components for estimation purposes.
  6. Maintain and update benchmarking database and related documentation with latest data.
  7. Manage inventory of test materials such as wood, steel plates, concrete blocks, screws, and drills.
  8. Coordinate monthly scrapping activities.
  9. Handle ITF and shipment coordination until goods reach their destination.
  10. Raise PRs and track invoice closures.
  11. Ensure 5S standards and proper record keeping.
  12. Follow up on ISIR, Pronovia, testing, and related activities.

Requirements:

  1. Formal Education: Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to read and understand test procedures and specifications.
    • Hands-on testing and measurement skills.
    • Effective communication and task completion abilities within a team.
    • Proficiency in PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
