Functional (job responsibilities)

Customer Services

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints & issues related to Share Margin & Wealth Financing and ensure timely & satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure seamless communication & coordination in attending customer requests.
• Ensure proper SOP to enhance service quality & efficiency.

Operations

• Perform client/ employment verification.
• Perform new account opening, documentation, stamping and safekeeping of legal documents.
• Attend clients' requests for cash drawdown, collateral transfer, corporate actions & etc.
• Perform daily buy/ sell contracts settlement, BDS entries & day-end balancing.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of handling fees payment from brokers.
• Conduct margin calls & force-selling activities.

Education/Qualification

• Tertiary Education in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science (Data Science), Digital Technology or related disciplines.
