JOB PURPOSE

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical, or any related field with 10 years of various Autoclaves system experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Autoclaves maintenance including installation, maintenance, repair, and process improvement.
• Possess advanced skills and knowledge on PLCs, motor systems, burner systems, inverters, and mechanical design & analysis.
• Familiar with various brands of Autoclaves manufacturers such as Italmatic, Olmar, VFE, ASC, and Scholz would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and skills in mechanical and electrical repair techniques.
• Analytical and good decision-making skills in problem troubleshooting.
• Review, construct, and execute robot system maintenance including PM, PdM, and CBM activities.
• Develop procedures and manuals for Autoclaves maintenance activities, especially for major activities.
• Knowledgeable in optimizing autoclave operations for energy efficiency and cost savings while ensuring compliance with related standards.
• Advanced understanding of Autoclaves & Oven cycles, temperature, pressure, and exposure times for various materials.
• Provide effective and fast technical problem-solving during machine breakdowns and resolve various technical problems related to Autoclaves, PLC, inverters, and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in calibrating autoclaves to ensure reliability and sustainability of equipment during operation periods.
• Experienced in validation protocols to meet industry/company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead improvement projects/activities with various departments and external parties. Plan, initiate, and lead cost-saving activities, especially in reducing maintenance costs.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet) including the IR4.0 evolution in manufacturing and maintenance perspective.
• Train maintenance and production personnel on basic, intermediate, and advanced Autoclaves construction, operation, and troubleshooting/maintenance.
• Provide technical support to production & maintenance teams during operational hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage equipment expenses, spare parts, new equipment purchasing, installation, and commissioning to ensure new equipment meets customer/operation requirements.
• Procure, test, and commission Autoclaves, Ovens, or related equipment/components, fixtures, or fittings.
