Excellent Overseas Opportunity for a leading Composites Aero Structure as CNC Maintenance Specialist in Malaysia

Location: Malaysia

Job Summary

1. Ensure establishment of a robust system covering planning and execution of CNC machine maintenance.
2. Ensure CNC machines are in excellent condition and mitigate issues in the shortest period.
3. Implement new and improve the current Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) system for CNC machines.
4. Initiate continuous improvement on the existing CNC machines and identify lessons learned on specifications for the purchase of new CNC machines.
5. Lead teams of engineers and technicians in troubleshooting different technical problems on CNC machines, including identifying the root causes of the problems.
6. Plan, execute, and evaluate the competency development of CNC engineers and technicians.
