Job summary

IQVIA in Kuala Lumpur seeks a therapeutic and operational expert to guide new business and program delivery across lifecycle.

You will lead RWE study strategy, partner with Sales, Medical and Operations to craft feasible solutions for clients, and advise on protocol assessment, site and country selection, and patient recruitment.

This role supports proposals, bid defenses, and client presentations, ensuring smooth transition of study strategy into delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, real-world evidence (RWE), feasibility, or drug development.
• Experience in Clinical Project Management/Real World Evidence/Feasibility/Protocol Development/Study Strategy.
