The Events Executive is responsible for implementing all sales activities within their area, under the guidance of the Banquet Sales Manager and in coordination with the Director of Banquet Sales.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gain and share hotel product knowledge and related activities.
  2. Implement sales action plans related to your market area as outlined in the marketing plan.
  3. Maintain files on major active accounts within your market area.
  4. Promote and generate sales leads for other Hilton hotels.
  5. Provide feedback on marketing conditions and competition trends to the Sales and Catering teams.
  6. Arrange hotel site inspections.
  7. Share banquet sales information with relevant departments.
  8. Attend post-conference meetings and assist with reports.
  9. Perform duties efficiently, adhering to hotel policies to meet objectives.
  10. Maintain effective employee relations and uphold professionalism and confidentiality.
  11. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • University degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within international chain hotels.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with hotel sales and databases.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
  • Knowledge of the local market and marketing trends.
