A leading company in the real estate sector is seeking an Events Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and coordinate high-quality corporate events. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of experience in event management, with a knack for brand consistency and stakeholder engagement.

Job responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and coordination of corporate events such as launches, networking sessions, press conferences, and CSR activities.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all events align with BHP’s brand identity and corporate values.
Vendor Coordination: Manage event vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities stay within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and media for effective event promotion and coordination.
On-Site Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure smooth operations.
Post-Event Review: Analyze event performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements for future events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management, ideally within the corporate, real estate, or luxury brand sectors.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale, high-quality events.
Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management tools and software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the real estate, hospitality, or luxury goods industry.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a strong advantage.
