Job summary

We seek a creative Graphic Designer to craft visuals for corporate events, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring consistency across all materials.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and a strong portfolio demonstrating typography and branding skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
• Proficient in typography, color theory, layout and branding.
• Print production knowledge and ability to deliver print-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts and graphic designs for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.
• Create event key visuals (KV), stage backdrops, signage, banners, invitations, digital displays.
• Design event branding and ensure visual consistency across all event materials.
• Prepare presentation decks, mood boards, mock-ups, and visual proposals for client pitches.
• Work with event management, production, and operations teams to translate concepts into design solutions.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and production files per supplier specs.
• Coordinate with printers, fabricators and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight event deadlines.
• Revise artwork based on client feedback and internal requirements.
