We're looking for a passionate & creative Events Sales Manager (Wedding Planner) for our Sales & Marketing Division.

Job Summary

  1. Develop and manage wedding sales, from inquiries to event execution.
  2. Build relationships with wedding planners, bridal agencies, and couples.
  3. Create tailored wedding proposals and packages to exceed client expectations.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless, luxurious wedding experiences.
  5. Represent the resort at bridal shows and industry events.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in event/wedding planning/sales preferably in luxury hotel or resort setting.
  2. Fluent in oral and written English, local dialects, and Mandarin an advantage.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  5. Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  6. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
