Job description

Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals, including prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors (e.g., caterers, AV providers).

Contract Negotiation and Management: Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring they accurately reflect Company needs and venue policies.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring they align with revenue targets and organizational goals.

Marketing and Promotion: Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new business.

Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, identify trends, and provide reports to management.

Staff Management: Supervise event team, including on-site event personnel and other relevant team members.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the event, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration) is preferred.

Proven experience in event sales, event management, or a related field.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth event execution.

Familiarity with event sales industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations is added advantage.
