Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate event registration setup, including confirming event details and creatinginternal tracking codes.
- Assist in setting up sales and registration pages, ensuring proper visuals, mobileresponsiveness, and payment flow.
- Organize customer automation flow including confirmation emails, attendee lists, andticket distribution.
- Prepare and maintain sales tracking documents and ensure all customer data isrecorded accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integration of systems and test run allcustomer touchpoints.
- Draft and send confirmation messages across email, messaging platforms, and phonecalls.
- Prepare scripts, brief the confirmation team, and monitor consistency of outreach.
- Track customer confirmations and compile real-time attendance reports.
- Oversee preparation of name tags, lanyards, wristbands, and registration materials.
- Coordinate with design and printing teams to produce necessary event collateral.
- Manage registration counters on-site, brief crew, and assign manpower for smoothattendee check-in.
- Provide on-ground customer support and resolve attendee queries promptly.
- Support on-site sales tracking and entry of sales data in real-time.
- Monitor attendee flow and provide timely reminders and highlight messages.
- Assist sales team with tracking purchases and compiling accurate reports.
- Compile and analyze attendance and sales data.
- Prepare final reports and categorize leads for follow-up marketing and salescommunication.
- Coordinate post-event messages and thank-you emails to different attendee segments.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of purchaser records in internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event operations, customer service, oradministrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to managemultiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with data entry, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling customer and sales data.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-orientedenvironment.
- Willingness to work on-site during events, including early mornings, weekends, orextended hours as needed.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Experience in handling event registration logistics, including name tags, ticketing,and attendee check-in, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and basic automation processes is aplus.
