Event Planner cum Graphic Designer
Full-time Position based in Kuching, Sarawak

Job Requirements

• Excellent writing skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Corel Draw, Sketchup, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate client visions into visually compelling event designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Exceptional organisational and project management abilities to handle multiple event responsibilities
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred, serving Mandarin-speaking customers

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for event sales and marketing processes
• Conceptualise and design visually appealing event layouts, branding, and graphic materials
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and translate them into cohesive, visually stunning designs
• Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including coordinating with in-house production, vendors, and managing logistics to ensure timely execution
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative elements into event design
• Liaise with the wider team to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event delivery
