Job description

We are seeking an experienced Event Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at JV GLOBAL EVENT SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our diverse range of sampling, roadshow, concourse event, and out of home activation. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong client-facing abilities will be instrumental in delivering seamless event experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of events, from logistics to promoter management
  • Liaise effectively with outlet buyer, operation planning team, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Manage event flow, track performance, and result oriented.
  • Assist with the implementation of event marketing and promotional strategies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during events
  • Provide post-event report, analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in event operations, preferably within the FCMG or on ground activation (Sampling, Roadshow, Concourse and etc..) industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with promoters and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a customer‑centric mindset
