Customer Service (CS)

Coordinate, plan and implement activities in the Customer Service Department towards total customer satisfaction and Company objectives.

Performance Measures and Standards: CS

• Number of customer complaints (internal/external)
• Courtesy in handling customers
• Time taken to solve customer problems
• Sales team objectives met (profit margin, market penetration, volume)
• Systematic and up-to-date records

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin an advantage; experience with EU, US & South Asian clients is preferred

Responsibilities (Production & Maintenance)

• Carry out corrective repair, preventive maintenance and routine maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintain equipment and machine uptime; upgrade skills in electrical/electronic and mechanical principles
• Work with production and other departments to support activities
• Adhere to safety procedures and promote safety health and welfare
• Safety responsibilities: take reasonable care for safety and health, comply with safety policies

Performance Measures and Standards

• Compliance to ISO/safety and health laws
• Ability to troubleshoot, perform routine checks, setups and dies changeover
• Housekeeping and 5S
• Number of work-related accidents

Experience and qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of experience in machine or facility maintenance
• Diploma in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Experience monitoring staff discipline, attendance and performance
• Ability to train staff on new systems and implementations
• Experience managing production activities and achieving targets
• Knowledge of machine start-up, hygiene inspection, 5S and production parameters
• Regular auditing of plant machinery; liaising with technical staff, quality controllers, and store personnel
• Ability to complete line operating controls and reports
• Ownership mindset for total quality control
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements (Engineering)

• Diploma or Degree in engineering; 3+ years preferred
• Executive level in Production or equivalent
• English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage
• Full-time, permanent

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to grow our PVC food cling film business internationally. Responsibilities include export sales strategies, distributor and customer relationship management, leading a sales team, and market development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies across key international markets
• Manage distributors, agents, and direct customers
• Lead export sales team and drive performance
• Market analysis, pricing trends, and customer needs
• Participate in trade shows and customer visits

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of B2B international sales; 3 years leadership
