WE’RE HIRING: VENUE MANAGER @ RYMBA HAVEN

Are you passionate about events, hospitality, and business growth? Rymba Haven is looking for a dynamic and driven Venue Manager to lead operations and take our venue to the next level!

Your Role:

1. Oversee the daily operations of Rymba Haven – from bookings and events to staff coordination and customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure smooth execution of events and top-notch service standards.
3. Develop and execute strategies to increase bookings, partnerships, and overall revenue.
4. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance of the venue.
5. Lead a passionate team and uphold the Rymba Haven experience.

Who You Are:

1. Experienced in event or hospitality management (or related fields).
2. A go-getter with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Business-minded, with a passion for growth and service excellence.
4. Able to work independently, make decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Rymba Haven, Nilai Perdana

Position: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + incentives based on performance
