About The Role

We are seeking a talented Event Designer who are creative and experimental to take charge of creating captivating exhibitions and event designs to join our dynamic team. As an Event Designer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and visually stunning event experiences that captivate our clients and their audiences. This full-time role will offer you the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Translating concept visuals into accurate production ready working drawings
• Develop and execute event design and build ideas, from conceptualization to production stage
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design briefs
• Work closely with production team and printing vendors to execute designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the events industry
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the design process
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectation withintightdeadlines

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor in Event/Exhibition Design/Graphic Design/3D Design or design related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferable experience in event industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software like SketchUp and Vray is a plus
• Able to work independently
• A strong eye for visual composition, excellent knowledge of visual design principals
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge about event industry
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
