A leading company in the property and investment sector is seeking an Event Executive to plan and coordinate various local and international events. The role involves managing event logistics, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to marketing strategies. Ideal candidates are organized individuals with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Executive to join our team.The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that they run seamlessly from start to finish. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site event management.
Plan and manage the event schedules and exhibitors.
Liaise and collaborate closely with the event organizers, government agencies, management team and service providers to organize both local and international events, such as live concerts, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
Involve in on-ground event/activities to ensure well-execution. Assists in technical support for physical and virtual events, including setup, rehearsals, and live execution.
To develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential exhibitors.
To contribute ideas for advertising and promotions plan via brainstorming and creative thinking.
Conduct market surveys to keep track of marketing trend and pricing.
Confer with the related parties to discuss topics such as upcoming, campaigns, contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
Possesses strong credentials in various advertising mediums with established relationship network with ad agencies and media owners.
Assemble and communicate with a strong, diverse coalition of organizations or public figures, securing their cooperation, support and action, to further campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
Monitor and report on event performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Undertake any other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
A candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any other related field.
At least 1-2 years work experience proven work experience in event management and related industry.
Excellent skills in creative writing English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added an advantage.

Familiarity with event management software and tools.

Willing to work during campaigns, weekends, and public holidays if required.
