Job summary

Global Exhibitions & Conferences Sdn Bhd – Subang Airport, Selangor is seeking a creative Event Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver outstanding exhibition and corporate event experiences. The role requires strong visual communication, branding expertise, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging environments.

It also demands the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and to craft compelling presentations and proposals that win stakeholder buy‑in.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate event and exhibition design.
• Proficiency in Canva, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is a MUST.
• Strong creative and conceptual design capabilities.
• Creative and good knowledge of corporate branding, visual communications, and artwork development.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and design proposals.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual experiences is a MUST.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team.
