About The Role

We are seeking a skilled, client-focused Event Account Manager to oversee event projects from brief to execution. You will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring project success through clear communication, timely delivery, and memorable event experiences. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple client accounts, and confidently leads project timelines, proposals, and client communications, working closely with our operations team responsible for vendor sourcing and logistics.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Management & Strategic Servicing
  • Act as the primary contact for clients during the creative and execution phases.
  • Understand client goals, develop actionable event briefs, and guide projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Present and refine creative proposals based on client feedback, maintaining trust-based relationships.
  • Handle post-event follow-ups and nurture ongoing client relationships.
Event Project Leadership
  • Lead and collaborate with the operations team to manage end-to-end execution of various corporate events.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets (with finance), and team coordination.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Support the development of creative decks for pitches and proposals.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams (designers, visualizers, content producers) to align deliverables with the creative vision.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for vendor sourcing and logistics.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and meet all deadlines.
Job Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in event/project management, agency work, or client servicing.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced situations.
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for creating memorable event experiences.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours as needed.
  • Own transport and physical stamina for on-site coordination.
  • Languages: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Adaptability and openness to new challenges.
