Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive training, sales, or after‑sales operations.
• Experience in training design, delivery, and coaching within the automotive sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding programs for new Sales Advisors and After‑Sales staff.
• Identify individual and departmental training needs through performance reviews and customer feedback.

Strong knowledge of EV technologies

Excellent presentation skills

Bilingual proficiency (English and Bahasa Malaysia)

Education
