Job summary

ZEEKR is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor at PREEMINENT AUTO SDN BHD to represent the ZEEKR brand and deliver a high-quality experience from showroom visits through to vehicle delivery and after-sales support.

You will assist customers in understanding vehicle options, arrange test drives, advise on financing and insurance, and help close sales while building lasting relationships with buyers. This role is based in Selangor at ZEEKR House Skudai showroom and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive, sales, retail, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they have a strong interest in sales and the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to conduct vehicle test drives.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on showroom requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Explain key features, specifications, technology, and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Explain available financing, insurance, and other purchase-related options.
• Handle customer negotiations and work towards successfully completing sales transactions.
• Stay updated on ZEEKR models, EV technologies, and latest automotive market developments.
• Provide professional advice on vehicle selection based on customer needs.
• Explain relevant warranty coverage, maintenance packages, and after-sales services to customers.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, online leads, referrals, outbound calls, and other sales channels.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and arrange appointments, consultations, and test drives.
• Keep customer information, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities properly updated.
• Assist with sales documentation, financing applications, vehicle registration, and other related paperwork.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Stay in contact with customers throughout the purchasing process and after vehicle delivery.
• Provide post-sales support, including delivery coordination and feedback collection.
• Address customer complaints and elevate issues if needed.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales target.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost performance.
• Participate in showroom activities, roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and test drive events.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with the Aftersales and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular daily, weekly, and monthly sales updates to management.
