Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) to implement and monitor compliance programmes, provide guidance on ethics, and conduct internal audits. The role involves preparing management reports, supporting investigations, and delivering training to staff.

The successful candidate will have fluent Vietnamese, Big Four or equivalent experience in compliance or governance, strong stakeholder management, and regional engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Vietnamese language capability, both written and spoken.
• Experience within a Big Four firm or reputable audit, risk advisory, compliance, or consulting organization.
• Background in Compliance, Risk Advisory, Forensics, Investigations, Ethics & Compliance, or Governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience engaging with regional or multinational stakeholders.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on AML/KYC operations, transaction monitoring, customer onboarding, or documentation-heavy compliance activities will not be prioritised.
• Malaysian citizen or spouse visa holder preferred.
