Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager of Collateral Management to oversee day-to-day ETD clearing activities, including trade flow monitoring, reconciliation, and client reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in derivatives and ETD lifecycle, with a proactive, team-focused mindset to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

You will work within the Banking team to manage trade data control, ensure timely signoffs, and drive improvements across processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Derivatives and Collateral Management.
• Knowledge of ETD product & trade life cycle.
• Experience in leading small initiatives, project management, and managing cross-functional relationships.
• Experience in using Custody system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day clearing ETD activities including trade flow monitoring, post-trade reconciliation, and client reporting.
• Sign off on EOD control and ensure requirement compliance.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure high-quality service and timely responses.
• Implement processes for team efficiencies and participate in business improvements projects.
• Maintain and update procedures in line with internal and client policies.
