Job summary

SD Guthrie International is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee estate operations. You will attend daily muster, verify attendance, and issue work instructions, while guiding workers to meet established standards and quality.

The role includes inspecting and recording estate produce, maintaining records, handling material requisitions, and ensuring timely issue/receipt of materials. You will assist with budgeting and uphold safety and health regulations across the team.

Qualifications

• Prepares monthly payroll, costing and relevant monthly reports.
• Ensures compliance to statutory regulation, safety and health (ESH) acts.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily muster, verifies attendance and issues work instruction.
• Supervise and direct work activities to meet standards and quality.
• Inspect, account, record and dispatch estate’s produce as directed.
• Inspects and maintains all records in area of responsibility and perform work according to instruction.
• Responsible for making requisitions, issues and receipt of materials for operation.
• Resolves worker’s grievances in accordance with prescribed practices.
• Prepares monthly payroll, costing and relevant monthly reports.
• Inputs in budget preparation
