Job description

Qualification Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
  • Experience 3-5 years in palm oil plantation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities with a proven strength in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Willingness to work in plantation environments, including remote locations, and manage multitasking operations.
  • Physical fitness for overseeing operations and conducting inspections, along with proficiency in relevant software and technology.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all the estate activities including land development, cost management, worker management, planting practices and procedures, system and method, maintenance, harvesting, replanting, production FFB, administration, and personnel.
  • Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural and practice and company’s requirement.
  • To prepare estate daily FFB backlog report, crop report & estate monthly executive summary inclusive RC report, weekly report, KPI/KRA, running account comment, monthly labour requirement for the year and yearly budget.
  • To prepare RSPO, MSPO, ISCC related document, contract agreement and any related payment.
  • To plan and monitor the existing and future development of the estate production, manpower planning, and quality control.
  • To carry out others duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
