Job description

Carry out functional support as needed for Navision ERP systems, ensuring resolution times align with established SLAs.

Liaise with Business Units, vendors, project teams, and internal/external stakeholders.

Provide guidance, briefings, and training on ERP matters where necessary.

Assist business operations personnel in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Facilitate the standardization of ERP processes across the Group.

Support work processes and workflows in non-ERP areas as needed.

Ensure compliance with systems development processes and project management best practices.

Standardize processes to ensure consistent system delivery and support.

Develop and update policies and procedures for efficiency and relevance.

Promote a culture of quality and good practices in system delivery.

Encourage customer-centric and service-oriented support.

Collaborate closely within cross-functional teams.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Ability to understand operational/business needs and translate them for vendor/solution selection.
• Good understanding of business and IT process flows.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like MS Navision, Oracle EBS, and InforLN is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
