We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst Lead to support and enhance our Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing operations with a focus on Oracle ERP and MES System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis, system support, and stakeholder collaboration. This role is pivotal to supporting business operations and ensuring seamless integration between business operations and Oracle ERP and MES solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis for Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing domains especially in a semiconductor manufacturing domain.
Work closely with business stakeholders to support existing operations across functions and work closely with business analyst track owners.
Design and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities related to ERP, MES, Integrations and reporting.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure system implementations and enhancements in Oracle ERP system.
Conduct data analysis and generate insights to drive operational efficiencies within Oracle ERP and connected applications.
Develop and maintain key business reports and dashboards leveraging Oracle reporting tools.
Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
Implement and maintain SOX/SOD compliance using Oracle GRC and Logical apps.
Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and best practices in Oracle ERP.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Oracle ERP.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Proven experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing process.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Oracle R12 ERP modules, including Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL), Oracle SCM (OM, PO, INV), and Oracle Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, MRP/ASCP).
Strong experience in system integrations with upstream and downstream applications supporting business processes.
Expertise in business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools within Oracle ecosystem.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including the documentation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Test Plans, and collaboration with technical and DBA teams to facilitate integrated change management.
Experience with Oracle technical skills such as SQL, PL/SQL, and other reporting tools is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Oracle ERP modules are highly desirable.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing processes and Six Sigma principles.
