Job Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the planning, implementation, testing, and support of ERP and BI systems across different divisions and business units under the Group.
• Oversee the organization’s ERP systems to ensure smooth operations, performance, and data accuracy.
• Design and improve key business processes involved in ERP implementation and operations.
• Develop metrics frameworks to track business, project, financial, and sales performance systematically, to reflect business health and identify issues.
• Collaborate with departments to design metrics, define data layers, and develop dashboards for new initiatives.
• Manage and support IT application systems to ensure business continuity, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Plan integration of applications essential for operations and productivity.
• Guide and train staff on troubleshooting ERP and BI system issues, and coordinate improvements.
• Establish and enforce ERP and BI system standards, policies, and practices.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Data Modelling, and Data Transformation.
• Extensive experience in ERP system implementation and management.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Preferably with domain knowledge in Property Development or Real Estate.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ERP and BI system implementation and management.
