Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Equities Business Analyst to support Wealth Digital Products with a focus on Order Management and trading platforms. You will elicit requirements, map trade lifecycles, and translate needs into clear specifications for cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, front office, compliance, risk, testing, and support to optimise order capture, validation, execution, settlement, and reporting across multiple asset

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT exposure in financial services with capital markets delivery.
• Experience with order management and trade lifecycle platforms.
• Knowledge across Equities, Structured Products, Fixed Income, FX, Funds.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into clear functional requirements.
• Document user stories, process flows, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.
• Assist with stakeholder communication and training materials.
