Equipment Technician/Senior Technician/Associate Engineer (Casting/Spray Coating)

Responsibilities:

1. Possess knowledge and hands-on experience with casting and spray coating machines.
2. Sustain machine performance in terms of downtime, MTBA, MTBF, and throughput.
3. Lead continuous improvement projects related to machine performance or cost savings.
4. Manage resources in terms of shift coverage, discipline, and training.
5. Support audits (internal, external, and customer).
6. Manage documentation related to equipment, including editing or creating procedures, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, checklists, etc.
7. Collaborate with process and production teams on the shop floor to investigate and resolve daily issues.
