Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate on routine tasks with guidance; follow instructions for new assignments.
• Identify deviations from established practices and report them.
• Troubleshoot basic problems using diagnostic equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per plans and manuals.
• Conduct checkouts using test and diagnostic equipment.
• Assist with equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

Responsibilities

• Works on tasks that are routine in nature
• Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
• Identifies deviations from accepted practices
• Troubleshoots basic problems
• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
• Basic understanding of digital/AI tools
• Willingness to leverage AI in daily work (Copilot, internal AI tools)
• Leveraging AI tools to: Retrieve technical information and Support troubleshooting

Educational Requirements
