Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Equipment Rental Coordinator to support our equipment rental operations in Kuala Lumpur. This position involves coordinating equipment scheduling, supervising site usage, managing on-site documentation, and ensuring clear communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate equipment delivery, on-site usage, and return according to project requirements.

Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely service.

Monitor and verify equipment usage at construction sites; assist in signing daily work hour and overtime forms.

Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays, breakdowns, or last-minute changes.

Maintain accurate rental logs and documents; support contract execution and payment follow-up.

Assist the management team with on-site project coordination when needed.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in logistics, engineering, business, or related fields.

Responsible, organized, and capable of clear communication under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when necessary.

Experience in equipment rental, site coordination, or logistics is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
