Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate equipment delivery, pickup, and maintenance schedules to meet customer and project requirements.
- Communicate with customers to confirm rental details, address inquiries, and resolve any service issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure equipment availability and timely transportation.
- Prepare, review, and manage rental contracts, delivery orders, and equipment tracking records.
- Supervise equipment usage on-site, verify daily working hours, and ensure proper completion and signing of overtime work forms with the site representative.
- Monitor equipment condition, arrange inspections, and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Handle complaints, schedule changes, and emergency adjustments promptly and professionally.
- Support the finance team in tracking rental fees, overtime charges, and payment collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements during rental operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and capable of maintaining accurate operational records.
- Previous experience in logistics, equipment rental, construction coordination, or project management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and willingness to work on-site are also welcome.
