Job summary

Kosmic Technologies in Penang, Batu Kawan is seeking a Lab Support role to assist engineering teams with testing, equipment setup, calibration, and data collection. You will support maintenance, inventory, and lab compliance while enabling efficient experiments and reporting.

The role involves assembling and integrating testers and chambers, handling shipments and logistics, and assisting engineers on assigned tasks in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Testing/qualification activities
• Setup tester, equipment, chamber
• Equipment installation, maintenance & calibration
• Build, assemble and integrate tester, chamber
• Inventory and equipment/tools management and tracking
• Debug, repair setup, equipment, chambers, boards, tools
• Material shipment, packing, movement, receiving and logistic activities
• Lab management, compliance and housekeeping
• Collect data, conduct experiments, analyze and prepare reports
• Assist engineer on assigned tasks

Job description

Support all engineering lab activities as below but not limited to:

Testing/qualification activities

Setup tester, equipment, chamber and etc

Equipment installation, maintenance & calibration

Build, assemble and integrate tester, chamber and etc

Inventory and equipment/tools management and tracking

Debug, repair setup, equipment, chambers, boards, tools, improve downtime and etc

Material shipment, packing, movement, receiving and logistic activities

Lab management, compliance and housekeeping in tip top condition

Collect data, conduct experiment, analyze and prepare report.

Assist engineer on assigned tasks.
