Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for assembly, calibration and testing. You will work with design, equipment vendors, program managers, marketing and quality engineers to support new product introductions and manufacturability improvements.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. MS Office skills are essential.

• Develop new or improved processes to meet performance targets.
• Assist with setup of sample lines and development equipment.
• Support quality planning activities and tooling evaluations.
