Responsibilities

• Knowledge and hands-on experience on Die Attach Machine, especially DA Brand ASMPT – Operation
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on Die Attach Machine, especially DA Brand ASMPT – Setup/Conversion
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on Die Attach Machine, especially DA Brand ASMPT – Recipe creation
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on Die Attach Machine, especially DA Brand ASMPT – Repair
• Maintain 5S for machine and working environment
• Maintain machine and working environment ready for audit
• Support improvement project
