key responsibilities

• Oversees operation, maintenance, and performance improvement of assembly line equipment (soldering, laser marking, etc.).
• Diagnoses failures, conducts root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
• Drives projects using Lean/Six Sigma to enhance speed, quality, and reduce waste.
• Provides guidance and training to operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensures safety, regulatory adherence, and maintains detailed equipment records.

requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment/maintenance role within an electronics or semiconductor environement.
• Proven experience in maintaning SMT assembly equipment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage (involves liaising with stakeholders from China).
