Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage a maintenance team comprising of engineers and technicians in performing quality preventive maintenance activities which includes a scheduling and tracking systemthat is accurate and adequate to meet all internal requirements for factory equipment engineering.
• To lead weekly equipment engineeringreviews and analysis to improve equipment downtime andexecute CIPs necessary to enhance equipment performances and improve quality & yield loss
• Hands on experiences in equipment preventive maintenance and equipment trouble-shooting & repair activities in semiconductor Mold equipments.
• Lead the equipment preventive maintenance activities with a data driven approach which includes tracking of maintenance history, scheduled preventive maintenance activities,repairs details including history, continuous improvement activities and effective spare parts inventory management.
• Responsible for tracking and predicting component life and obtaining replacement components in a proactive manner to support demand and ensure product quality.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining budgets for equipment preventive maintenance, repair and CIP activities.
• To initiate and develop technical trainings to develop skills of equipment maintenance personnel including technicians and engineers
• Promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Electrical/MechanicalEngineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years experience in semiconductor industry preferably in MOLD environment.
