Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot complex issues on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Write and maintain detailed reports, including equipment logs, maintenance records, and performance summaries. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Compliance: Uphold and enforce all relevant equipment protocols, with a strong emphasis on FDA Part 21 compliance.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the electronics field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SMT equipment operation and maintenance.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment protocols, including FDA Part 21 requirements.
• Soft Skills: Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
