Key Responsibilities - Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to support integrated circuit production. - Conduct detailed tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity across the process line. - Recommend and implement process modifications to enhance production efficiencies and manufacturing techniques. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals. - Collaborate with global counterparts to develop, transfer, and align critical equipment and process parameters for successful factory ramp-ups. - Manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment readiness and operational reliability. - Detect and address discrepant materials or equipment activities to prevent excursions. - Oversee equipment installation, conversion, and qualification processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. - Provide training and mentorship to manufacturing teams, enhancing technical competency and operational excellence.## **Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. - Master's degree in a specialized field with 1+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in statistical process control methods and tools. - Demonstrated hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, process control, and improvement. - Technical expertise in equipment monitoring, adjustment, and process characterization. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge and application of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and problem-solving methodologies. - Proven track record of leading process optimization and improvement projects across cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with group problem-solving, excursion management systems, and semiconductor manufacturing techniques. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical data. - Experience mentoring or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
