Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Epi Equipment Principal Engineer to assume full responsibility for equipment performance uptime, maintain procedures, and monitor KPIs. You will set up SAP PM, develop TWIs, and collaborate with process engineering and operations to stabilize output and CpK/yield.

You will lead start-up and qualification of new equipment with process engineers, ensure safety and quality systems compliance, and drive continuous improvement in reliability across the production line.

Qualifications

• Defines maintenance procedures and sustains uptime across equipment.
• Maintains KPIs and supports process engineering and operations for stability and yield.
• Leads troubleshooting and life-span studies to establish PM standards.

Responsibilities

• Owns equipment uptime and performance; implements maintenance procedures.
• Sets up SAP PM and creates work instructions for the area.
• Coordinates transfer and start-up of new equipment with process engineers; ensures EHS compliance.
• Drives overall OEE and governance on machine state; aligns with weekly production planning.
• Maintains maintenance records; performs 8D problem solving for traceability.
• Collaborates with R&D and process teams on chronic failures and Green field setups.
