About the Job

  • Lead sustainability initiatives across EPCM projects.

  • Manage green building certifications including GBI, LEED, and GreenRE.

  • Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders during certification processes.

  • Implement low-carbon solutions such as solar panels, EV chargers, BMS, and EMS.

  • Drive innovation to meet client energy and emission targets.

  • Support development of design toolkits and sustainability assessment frameworks.

  • Analyze data for energy and water efficiency to support green program decisions.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and sustainability trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.


About the Manager/Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sustainability and green building projects.

  • Must be a GBI facilitator and/or LEED Associate.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with green certifications (GBI, LEED, GreenRE).

  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and MS Office.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of sustainability regulations and digital innovation.
