Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management or project operations; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Meticulous and systematic in organizing own work processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with sharp analytical and evaluation abilities.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in Seelong, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating projects with internal staff and external contractors to meet project deadlines under senior guidance.
• Support in preparing technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for management and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing project start and completion times.
• Provide support in supervision, technical direction, and assistance to other project engineers as required.
• Assist in preparing budget estimates for capital improvement projects; support in reviewing materials, methods, equipment, and cost estimates.
